Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if the product you receive:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, and labels

Tradvaly reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Inspection at Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.

If the product is visibly damaged or incorrect:

  • Inform the delivery agent immediately
  • Refuse to accept the delivery

Once the product is accepted and the delivery agent leaves, return requests may be declined for issues that could have been identified at the time of delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

  • Perishable products such as fruits and food items
  • Customized or tailored products
  • Opened or used health and beauty products
  • Antique, vintage, or collectible items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging

However, if these items arrive damaged or defective, you may report the issue within the specified reporting period.

Perishable Products

Products such as traditional foods, fruits, and organic items are perishable.

Returns are generally not accepted for these products once delivered.

If a perishable item arrives rotten, spoiled, or damaged, you must report it within 12–24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Handmade & Traditional Products

Many products on Tradvaly are handmade or artisan products.

Because of the handcrafted nature of these items:

  • Slight variations in color, size, texture, or design may occur
  • These variations are considered natural characteristics of handmade products and are not treated as defects.

Return Approval Process

To request a return:

  1.  Contact customer support within the allowed return period.

2. Provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

3. Our support team will review the request and confirm whether the return is approved.

Approved returns may result in:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and the item is received or verified, refunds will be processed.

Refund timeline:

  • Standard refunds: 7–10 working days
  • Perishable product refunds: 3–5 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to seller or platform error.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order ( If the product Not delivered after order).After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.Customized products and seasonal items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.

Damaged or Defective Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Take clear photos of the product
  • Report the issue to customer support within the allowed time
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the problem

Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution such as replacement, refund, or store credit.
