At Tradvaly, we recognize that sometimes customers may need to change or cancel their orders. Our cancellation policy aims to provide reasonable flexibility while maintaining efficient order processing and delivery.
Please review the following guidelines regarding order cancellations.
Customer-Initiated Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- To submit a cancellation request, please contact our Customer Support team and provide your Order ID for verification.
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.
For orders containing multiple products, customers may cancel specific items before shipment if those items have not yet been processed. Any eligible refund or payment adjustment will be handled accordingly.
Order Cancellation by Tradvaly
Tradvaly may cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable
- There is a pricing error, listing mistake, or technical issue
- The delivery address provided is incomplete, invalid, or not serviceable
- The customer cannot be reached during order verification or confirmation
If Tradvaly cancels an order, the customer will be notified and any payment made will be refunded according to the applicable refund timeline.
