Product Images and Copyright
Sellers must upload original and high-quality images of their products. Using images from unauthorized sources is strictly prohibited. Sellers are fully responsible for any copyright violations or legal issues arising from their listings.
Product Authenticity and Quality
All products listed must be genuine, undamaged, and accurately described. Misrepresentation of product details—such as color, material, or specifications—may lead to penalties, product removal, or suspension of the seller account.
Stock Availability
Sellers must ensure that all products are in stock before listing. Stock information should be updated regularly in coordination with Tradvaly’s support team to avoid overselling or customer dissatisfaction.
Product Pricing Standards
Sellers must adhere to the following pricing rules:
- Do not exceed the Maximum Retail Price (MRP)
- Maintain consistent pricing across all online and offline platforms. Products listed on Tradvaly cannot be sold at lower prices elsewhere.
Violations and Penalties
Failure to follow Tradvaly’s product standards may result in:
- Monetary fines
- Product delisting
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform
