Eligibility for Exchange
Customers can request a size or color exchange in the presence of the delivery agent from the seller or shop they purchased the product from. The product must be eligible for exchange, as specified by the seller on the product page. Products marked as non-exchangeable by the seller are not eligible for exchange.
Stock Availability
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size, color, or variant is unavailable, the exchange request may not be processed.
Exchange Charges
Customers are responsible for the full logistics cost, which includes:
- Delivery charge for the exchanged item
- Return delivery charge for the original product
Charges must be paid to the delivery agent or as instructed during the exchange process.
